At Grantiro®, every product is crafted with precision and purpose. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a seamless exchange process to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives in damaged or faulty condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement—no extra charges.

2. Size, Color, or Change of Preference

We understand that preferences evolve. You may request an exchange for sizing issues or a change of mind, under the following terms:

  • A ₹250 handling fee applies (includes two-way logistics).

  • COD charges are non-refundable and not included in the product price.

  • A nominal processing fee may be deducted from store credits to cover payment gateway charges.

📦 Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with tags, packaging, and all accessories intact

  • Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Customized or discounted items are not eligible for exchange

If your requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or an equivalent product.
