At Grantiro, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to delivering top-quality products and ensuring a smooth, worry-free shopping experience. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we’re here to resolve them promptly and fairly whether it’s an exchange or a refund.
Exchange & Refund Eligibility
We accept requests for exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
Once verified, we will initiate either an exchange or refund whichever you prefer.
2. Other Reasons (Size, Color, Change of Mind)
We accept exchanges requests for reasons such as size mismatch, color preference, or simply a change of mind.
In such cases:
A ₹250 handling fee applies for exchanges (covers two-way shipping).
A small processing fee may be deducted from refunds to cover transaction costs.
Conditions for Refunds & Exchanges
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accessories.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a stipulated time frame.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or an alternative solution.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@grantiro.in with your order number and issue within 48 hours of receiving your item.
Step 2: Confirmation & Payment (if applicable)
Our team will confirm your request and, for exchanges, share payment details for the ₹250 handling fee.
Step 3: Pack the Product
Ensure the item is unused and packed with all original materials.
Step 4: Pickup & Processing
Once confirmed, our delivery partner will schedule a pickup. After inspection:
The replacement will be dispatched (for exchanges), or
The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
